Soul DespairingSoul Despairing.   
I feel the wind toss my hair,  
I hear its carefree call,  I spread my wings,  
I feel no fear.   
I stall,  
I can not lift,  My feet are glued in place,  I look behind,  
My wings are gone,  All I see is empty space.   
I fall to the ground,  My heart despairing,  The wind keeps calling,  Carefree and uncaring.   
I wish to fly,  With the rest of my brethren,  But my wings are gone,  They are torn away,  From the soul despairing. Soul Despairing

A stormy day.Eris walked down one of the many animal tracks in the large stretch of bush that grew near her house, savoring the peace and quiet. Well, it was peaceful but not really quiet. She could hear the various songs of different birds and the soft tinkling of a nearby creek. She stopped. No, there was no bird song anymore, only the soft tinkling of the creek. She jumped slightly as a loud roll of thunder echoed through the trees and clouds. A storm? But the weather guy on T.V had never mentioned a storm. She scowled angrily. Figures, she thought bitterly, you can never trust the weather dudes.

So, what am I trying to get out there you say? Well...This is really just a note to say, that me and my bf broke up. He did the breaking, so he could be with another. -.- jerk...Oh well, I'm over it.
Anyway, this means that I don't have much insperation at the moment for drawing...not sure yet about writing though. So, any updates I make will probably be far between.
